The Well Beyond App by Well Aware is the first and only maintenance and diagnostics app for ensuring lasting clean water projects. Created out of Well Aware’s history of success, and recognized as a Fast Company World Changing Idea, the software is designed for NGOs worldwide to empower their partner communities to prevent and solve issues on their own. In addition to keeping projects up and running, the app also visualizes valuable data on how the water systems are used, providing indicators of community-led success.

Most often, water systems “break down” because of mundane, easy to fix issues and lack of proper, regular maintenance. And the longer the system is down, the less likely it ever gets repaired. Well Beyond makes it simple for rural communities to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve basic issues facing deep boreholes, rainwater harvesting systems, and pipelines. If the problem requires a mechanic, communication is submitted to the NGO directly through the app.
